This is a M4 Single Mag Pouch in OCP, made by Eagle Industries. It is designed to hold 2 M4 magazines in an elastic banded pocket with a velcro top closure.  MOLLE webbing on the back means this pouch can be attached to any kind of MOLLE gear. Pouches are used but in good condition. May have some fading or discoloration.
